Can you make designs not shown here?
Yes. Send a reference image or describe your idea. We calculate materials and labour, then send you a quote.
Can size, colour and pattern be adjusted?
All of them. Size fits your space, lacquer colour is chosen against our sample cards, and patterns can be re-painted by hand from a reference.
How fast is dispatch, and how long does custom take?
In-stock pieces ship within 7 days. Made-to-order pieces are scheduled after confirmation, with a lead time of about 15–30 days.
How do I get a quote? What should I prepare?
Send a reference image with approximate dimensions and preferred material. WeChat and Xiaohongshu both work. Quotes are free.
Can I visit the factory?
You are welcome to book a visit. We are in Zhongshan, Guangdong, where timber, components and work in progress can all be seen.
