The doors are inlaid with natural shell, which shows a fine pearlescent shimmer under lamplight, the most characteristic texture of American light luxury.
Inside, the space is split into two zones: upper shelves for off-season shoes, tip-out compartments below for the pairs worn daily, and one compartment kept for umbrellas.
A 150mm gap is left beneath the cabinet, so dirty shoes can be pushed out of sight without opening a door.
